Nursery Manager Appointment

We are pleased to announce that we have appointed a new Nursery Manager starting with us on 1st May.

Karolina Szerszen has recently moved to Nottinghamshire, having managed a Montessori Nursery in South London for a number of years. We are really excited to welcome her to the team and are confident she will be a real asset to the Leo’s family. Karolina will ensure she meets with as many parents as possible in her first week or so. Please bear with her as there are a lot of names and faces to remember! Feel free to introduce yourself to her if convenient.

Tracie and Angie will continue in their current roles whilst Karolina is on her induction period, although with holidays factored in, most weeks only one of them will be at work, enabling Karolina to have a significant level of support throughout her induction but also time on her own to settle into her new role. Tracie will conclude her time with us, as planned, at the end of June, although throughout June will reduce to 2 days a week and focus on some specific training needs and Angie will revert to her role of Early Years Teacher, but continue to support Karolina as required. Anna will continue in her role as Deputy Manager and Playwork Co-ordinator.

We would like to thank Tracie, Angie, Anna and Diane for the fantastic support they have provided in the period between managers and also to thank all the parents for their continued support of the nursery and your patience with us whilst we have recruited a new manager.
